Morning Run
Shins and my left foot hurt a bit early, but it worked itself out. Today’s run was day one of week six of the couch to 5K program. It started with a five minute warmup, then five minute run, three minute walk, eight minute run, three minute walk, five minute run, and a five minute cooldown. I threw together this playlist:

My route took me 2.65 miles, and I did it in 39:39. The Reeling is an excellent song for the end of a run. I really made some distance in the last five minutes.
It’s a bit late, and we have plans after work, so I’m not biking in today. Triathlon is sneaky. In order to train three sports, you really have to be working out all the damn time. I did a 40 minute run/walk this morning, and I’m feeling like a slacker because that’s all I’m going to do today.
