Morning Run
Sore knees, sore left heel, but more or less cleared up a few minutes into the run. I still felt stiff, and I think I need to go back to running after biking in to work this week. Today was week six, day two of Couch To 5K, a five minute warm-up, ten minute run, three minute walk, ten minute run, and five minute cool-down. Today’s playlist was poorly conceived:

It looks like the last few weeks of C25K have me running without walking at the end of the week, but pushing the time longer and longer. My next run will be five minute warm-ups and cool-downs, with a 25 minute run. I’m definitely going to need to make sure I’m warmed up properly for that one. Also, I need better music. The Justice remix of DVNO was just a bad idea, and The Longest Road is just a hair too slow and ends too quiet.
