Not much data yet, but hopefully the slow downward trend continues.  Now that I have a lap timer for swimming, I’m starting to collect my times.  (I have a bit of a data fetish, and triathlon definitely plays into that.  Lots of times to track.)  I’m keeping my swim times here, but I only have times for two swim sessions.  My first swim I underestimated the number of laps that make up the international distance swim, so I only have one data point for the international distance swim.
I made an effort in yesterday’s swim to concentrate on breathing from my stomach rather than gasping shallowly for air.  It made a big difference in the way I felt, and I feel like I needed to slow down for air a lot less often, but it didn’t really show up in my time like I was hoping it would.
I think we’re about to run up to the beach in Jupiter, so I’ll get an open water swim in up there.  (Unfortunately, tougher to collect data other than total time and distance for open water swims.)
